This Privacy Policy explains how vFlip collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with the vFlip website, mobile applications, AI avatar features, subscriptions, notifications, and related services.

1. Information Collected

vFlip may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information, such as email address, display name, username, authentication details, profile information, and account settings.
  • User content, such as text, voice input, images, prompts, conversation history, feedback, and related metadata submitted through the Service.
  • Usage information, such as app events, pages viewed, features used, session activity, performance data, logs, and interaction data.
  • Device and technical information, such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, app version, identifiers, language settings, and approximate location inferred from IP address.
  • Subscription and transaction information, such as product selected, entitlement status, renewal status, purchase history, and billing platform information.

vFlip may use information to:

  • Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and support account security.
  • Provide AI avatar chat, voice, video, conversation history, subscription access, and related product features.
  • Process payments, subscriptions, trials, purchases, refunds, and entitlements.
  • Send service communications, account notices, security alerts, push notifications, and support messages.
  • Analyze usage, diagnose technical issues, measure performance, test features, and improve safety and reliability.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, and legal claims.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms and policies.

4. AI, Voice, and Video Processing

When live avatar or conversation features are used, audio, text, transcripts, prompts, video-related metadata, and conversation context may be processed by vFlip and service providers to generate responses, synthesize speech, animate or display avatars, moderate activity, and maintain product functionality.

AI-generated responses may be reviewed, stored, or analyzed as permitted by law and applicable provider settings for safety, debugging, product improvement, and abuse prevention.

5. Disclosure of Information

vFlip may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Infrastructure, hosting, database, and storage providers.
  • AI, voice, video, transcription, generation, and media-processing providers.
  • Payment processors, app stores, subscription management providers, and fraud prevention providers.
  • Email, messaging, customer support, and push notification providers.
  • Analytics, attribution, measurement, and product improvement providers.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the Service.
  • A successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

vFlip may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, improve performance, provide security, and understand how the Service is used.

If push notifications are enabled, vFlip may use device push tokens and notification preferences to send service messages, reminders, product updates, account notices, and similar communications.

Users may disable push notifications through device or platform settings. Marketing emails may be opted out of using the unsubscribe link where provided.

8. Data Retention

vFlip retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect safety and security, prevent fraud, and support legitimate business needs.

Deleted account information may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, security records, transaction records, or other retained systems where permitted or required by law.

9. Security

vFlip uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and vFlip cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. vFlip does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If vFlip learns that such information has been collected, vFlip will take appropriate steps to delete it as required by law.

11. Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on location, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or opt-out of certain processing. Requests may be subject to verification and legal limitations.
